Don’t worry if you’re not sure about your Pivotal Goal right now. That’s part of what we’ll determine in the Activation Call. We’ll work together to choose what will be the most impactful goal for your business and make sure it’s not too big or too small for our week together. We’ll make sure it’s the Goldilocks (just right) goal.
You’ll leave the meeting with your own personalized Breakthrough Blueprint. In it, you will have a roadmap of the week with your very next steps laid out so you can begin taking action immediately.

Can’t I just do it myself? Of course you can. For some people that is the right choice. But if you haven’t done it by now, how much longer do you want to deal with this issue? And are you okay with waiting? Imagine the domino effect of finally clearing this pivotal challenge—in a single week—and leaping forward. The question is: would that be helpful for you?
What if I’m not sure what my Pivotal Goal should be? That’s okay. If you have a couple of things that are tripping you up, we will unravel and prioritize them in the Activation Call. By the time you leave that call you will not only have chosen your Pivotal Goal, but you will also have a Breakthrough Blueprint so you can begin taking action immediately.
How much time will I need to allow for our week together? This is a fast-moving intensive container, and I want you to be able to get the most out of it. For that reason, I recommend (ideally) having upwards of 2 hours available for implementation each day. Of course this depends upon what you’ve chosen as your Pivotal Goal, as some are more time-intensive than others.
How does the unlimited Voxer support work? Download the Voxer app onto your smart phone. Then — throughout our week together — whenever you have a question, need feedback or support you can simply use the Voxer app to send me voice or text messages directly from your phone. I will then respond back to you through the Voxer app. It’s a quick way to communicate on-the-go so that no issue, question, or challenge will sideline you.
Is the Voxer support really unlimited? Yes, it’s unlimited during Piper’s business hours. Personal, 1:1 Voxer support is available from 9am—5pm (central time zone) 7 days a week.
Is Voxer difficult to use if I’m not very tech savvy? As a non-tech-savvy individual myself, I can assure you that Voxer is really simple to set up and use. It’s just a matter of downloading the app onto your smart phone. Then you can use it to send me voice or text messages directly from your phone. It’s a simple and quick way to communicate on-the-go.
How do the Booster calls work? You have up to 3 Booster Calls available during your IGNITE week. Booster Calls are there for you if you need them. Booster Calls are each up to 20 minutes in length and can sometimes be scheduled as soon as later that same day (Monday—Friday), subject to availability on Piper’s schedule. They are a quick phone call where you can go over whatever you’re needing guidance on.
Am I guaranteed to accomplish my Pivotal Goal during the IGNITE program? Everyone works with different intensity, and therefore I can’t guarantee anyone’s efforts. But what I can tell you is that we will create a plan where accomplishing your Pivotal Goal is absolutely doable. Ultimately, your individual results will depend on you.
